INFORMATION & SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

November 5-7, 2004

ABOUT THE ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL – (OIFF)

The event, located in Orlando, Florida USA, will showcase the most exciting, creative, cutting-edge features, shorts, animations, commercials and videos created by artists from around the world. The events scheduled provide several networking opportunities. It’s a meeting place where filmmakers, critics and buyers are constantly interacting.

RELEASE

(1) The entrant gives the OIFF permission to broadcast the entry in any medium including but not limited to the Internet and Television and OIFF is free to air the entry leading up to, during, and after the festival.

(2) OIFF accepts no responsibility for breaches in copyright and the entrant releases OIFF for any and all claims and liabilities in regard to the screening of their entry before, during, and after the festival.

(3) The entrant grants OIFF the rights to reproduce the work by any means of communication to the public.

(4) The entrant warrants that all rights of the submitted work are cleared for festival usage by the final submission deadline.

HOW TO SUBMIT

Only one title per entry form. To be sure that your entry is properly processed, you must fill out the submission form completely and mail it along with the appropriate materials and payment. Entries must be submitted at standard speed, NTSC: ½" VHS. Please mark the tape and case with the title of your entry, running time, your name and contact information.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT AND TAPE RETURN POLICY

When your entry is processed we shall notify you via E-mail. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged submissions through the mail or handling. PLEASE: DO NOT SEND YOUR ORIGINALS.
